Weekender Application

Please destroy older versions of the weekender application. This
version is two-sided and contains information on Via de Cristo, as well
as guidelines for those who want to attend a weekend. These forms can
be filled out via your computer and then printed out and sent to the
appropriate allocations person for that weekend. Sponsors, please make
sure the application is legible.
