Lutheran Via de Cristo of Minnesota

Via de Cristo is a Spanish phrase meaning “Way of Christ.” Via de Cristo is a
highly structured three-day weekend designed to strengthen and renew the faith of Christian people and bring them to a new awareness of living in God's grace.
It is a combined effort of lay people and clergy toward renewal of the church.

Rev. Russell Peterson, who has been very involved in VdC, passed away on January 20. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, February 4th, at Zion Lutheran Church in Chisago City. Visitation from 3-6 pm on Friday, February 3rd.
